Yes, most coupon codes or coupon links you find outside of Affinityy will not be considered as Qualified Purchases even if you clicked through Affinityy’s website. Coupon sites will often interfere with tracking your purchases made through Affinityy and members are encouraged to use coupons found only at Affinityy to ensure theyare making qualified purchases.

No, taxes, along with any fees charged by the merchant are not eligible for qualified purchases.

Extended warranties that are sold along with merchandise are not eligible for qualified purchases. This includes plans such as travel insurance.

You can access your member account on the “My Account” link in the top header of the Affinityy website.

Qualified purchases will be posted to your member account under “Pending Cash Back” within 5 days of your purchase. Pending Cash Back stays in a “pending” state for up to 60 days to account for different store return policies and order cancellations.

If your purchases are not showing up in Pending Cash Back within 5 days of your purchase you can email your receipt from the merchant to receipt@affinityy.com and someone from member support team will get back to you within 24 hours.

Once “Pending Cash Back” has moved to “Available Cash Back” status, you can redeem your cash via PayPal or check. You must redeem a minimum of $50 in order to receive your cash.

Members can choose to receive their cash directly to their PayPal account or via check.
