How do I earn Cash Back?

Members who shop with Affinityy earn Cash Back based on their total qualified purchases.

What is a qualified purchase?

To make a qualified purchase, simply click on a store link from affinityy.com and make your purchase in that same click session. Your click-through from Affinityy activates a code in the stores shopping cart that will make sure that you are making a qualified purchase through Affinityy.

Can I still earn Affinityy cashback if I forgot to click-through to a store at Affinityy.com?

Unfortunately, orders placed outside of Affinityy do not meet the criteria for qualified purchases. In this case, to make a qualified purchase you would need to cancel the original order and re-order through an Affinityy link.

What happens if I exchange a product or make changes to an order?

Contacting a store to change an order can sometimes negate a qualified purchase. The reason for this is that some stores will negate the first original order and generate a new order that does not have a qualified purchase tied to it.

What if I want to return or cancel an order?

Returns are subject to the return policy of the store from which you purchased. If you return or cancel an item, we have to reverse any qualified purchases from that sale.

Will surfing online for coupons and other deal sites affect my Qualified Purchases?

Yes, most coupon codes or coupon links you find outside of Affinityy will not be considered as Qualified Purchases even if you clicked through Affinityy’s website. Coupon sites will often interfere with tracking your purchases made through Affinityy and members are encouraged to use coupons found only at Affinityy to ensure theyare making qualified purchases.

Are taxes, service fees or shipping eligible for Qualified Purchases?

No, taxes, along with any fees charged by the merchant are not eligible for qualified purchases.

Are warranties eligible for Qualified Purchases?

Extended warranties that are sold along with merchandise are not eligible for qualified purchases. This includes plans such as travel insurance.

Where do I find my Qualified Purchases?

You can access your member account on the “My Account” link in the top header of the Affinityy website.

What is “Pending Cash Back”?

Qualified purchases will be posted to your member account under “Pending Cash Back” within 5 days of your purchase. Pending Cash Back stays in a “pending” state for up to 60 days to account for different store return policies and order cancellations.

What do I do if my purchases are not showing up in Pending Cash Back?

If your purchases are not showing up in Pending Cash Back within 5 days of your purchase you can email your receipt from the merchant to receipt@affinityy.com and someone from member support team will get back to you within 24 hours.

How do I redeem my cash back?

Once “Pending Cash Back” has moved to “Available Cash Back” status, you can redeem your cash via PayPal or check. You must redeem a minimum of $50 in order to receive your cash.

How do I receive my cash backafter I request it?

Members can choose to receive their cash directly to their PayPal account or via check.
